Job Description: Boutique Talent Management company with 10 years experience seeking intern for school credit. We are looking for someone reliable, motivated, computer literate and hard-working who wants to learn about the entertainment industry and/or has previous industry experience.
Interns will complete 1 week of training and then be expected to work in office 1 or 1/2 day per week and from home 2 additional days per week (so 2 or 3 days a week). Days and hours are flexible.
Interns will have the opportunity to be hands-on and gain valuable experience working directly with talent managers. Must have a can-do attitude, great people skills and phone manners, be a self-starter and able to start ASAP.
Interns will be assigned to work on various aspects of client projects including:
*Recruiting
*Talent submissions for TV, film, commercials
*Calendars, scheduling talent appointments, event planning
*General administrative duties including filing mailing, faxing, emailing, database maintenance, updating client materials, etc.
*Confirming auditions and appointments
Job Requirements:
*Intern must be dependable, have great people skills and phone manners, an outgoing personality and be able to function well in both a corporate business setting and in social settings/high profile celebrity events, etc. Must have a can-do attitude, be a self-starter and able to start ASAP.
*Must have strong writing and communication skills, be detail-oriented and organized
*MUST have a computer at home with internet access and be proficient with Word & Excel. Must have access to own transportation. Must have cell phone.
*Experience in casting, production, talent agency, talent management a plus.
*MINIMUM of 15 to 25 hours per week can be flexible.
Education Preferred:
*Completed 1st year of college; can use internship for credit.

DUTIES: Interns will be assisting in all aspects of the office routine, including packaging submissions, filing, working with client lists and files, scheduling, organizing, and calling talent, agents, and casting directors with auditions and confirmations. You will be given specific tasks and projects depending on your ability.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Good phone etiquette, computer literate ( preferably MAC), organizational skills, detail-oriented, and you must be able to multitask.
DURATION: The dress code is business casual. We have flexible hours between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The internships are for a 3 or 6 month period. And are from 12 to 20 hrs a week.
This is a SAG Ultra-Low Budget-Deferred. We have a few names already attached to this project. This is a Nighttime Dramatic Soap Opera.

Intern will assist on productions (features, music videos, promotions) and assist in the office with admin duties. Intern will help with creative process and project development and work side by side a producer and director all the time/
Must be open to work parttime - 2-3 days a week (10am - 6pm)
Must have Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop..Great Computer skills: word processing, power-point, basic excel.
Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, creative environment.
Writing skills a plus!
